We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your user contributions from the Platform, copies of your user contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Platform users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Platform, including user contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.

8. Persons Under the Age of 18 Should Not Use this Platform
Our Platform is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on our Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on our Platform or through any of its features, register on the Platform, make any purchases through the Platform, use any of the interactive or public comment features of our Platform, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. However, we may collect information regarding persons under the age of 18 through a parent or legal guardian’s consent. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor child (any person under the age of 18), you may use the Platform on behalf of such minor child in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Any information that you provide us while using the Platform on behalf of your minor child will be treated as personal data as otherwise provided herein. A user provides the Company consent to collect personal information or visuals through the use of any Platform to contribute photographs, personal information, identifying factors, or similar kinds of information. The user expressly agrees that contribution to this Platform or any related or connected social media platforms becomes the property of the Company, and the user retains no rights to the contribution.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you.
